RadioDJ Dude respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the RadioDJ Dude website, paid membership services, member community, discussion forums, private messaging, contact forms, members-only downloads, and related services.
It does not govern third-party websites or services that may be linked to or embedded on the website.
2. Information We Collect
Account and Membership Information
When you register or purchase a membership, we may collect:
- Username
- Display name or radio name
- Email address
- Password, stored in protected form
- Country
- Radio experience
- Radio station URL
- Membership level
- Membership status
- Registration and renewal dates
- Billing and transaction details
- Account and membership activity
The country, radio experience, and radio station URL collected during registration or checkout are intended for membership administration and are visible only to authorized RadioDJ Dude administrators unless you separately choose to publish similar information in your member profile.
You may use a display name, username, or radio name in the community instead of your legal name.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe.
RadioDJ Dude does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, fraud-prevention information, device information, and transaction records under its own privacy practices.
RadioDJ Dude may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, membership level, billing dates, amounts paid, and related records necessary to administer memberships, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting and tax obligations.
Forum Profiles and Community Activity
When you use the wpForo community, we may collect and store:
- Your display name or radio name
- Profile photo or avatar
- Profile biography and information you choose to publish
- Topics, posts, replies, reactions, and forum activity
- Forum subscriptions and notification preferences
- Uploaded images, documents, audio, video, and other attachments
- Dates and times of activity
- IP address and basic browser or device information
- Reports, moderation actions, and rule-enforcement records
The RadioDJ Dude forum is intended to be available only to active paid members and authorized administrators and moderators. However, you should not post information that you consider confidential or highly sensitive.
Information you voluntarily place in your profile, posts, replies, attachments, or messages may be seen, copied, quoted, or saved by other members who have access to the community.
Private Messages
Members may exchange private messages with other paid members.
Private messages are intended only for the members participating in the conversation and are not routinely monitored. RadioDJ Dude may access or review private messages when:
- A participant reports a message
- We detect possible spam, fraud, harassment, threats, abuse, security risks, or rule violations
- Review is reasonably necessary to protect members or the community
- Access is required to investigate technical problems
- Access is reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process
Private-message metadata, including sender, recipient, date, time, and technical records, may be retained.
Do not send passwords, complete financial information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through private messages.
Uploaded Content
Members may be permitted to upload profile images, forum images, documents, audio, video, and other approved attachments.
Uploaded files may contain hidden metadata, including the name of the file’s creator, device details, or location information. You should remove unwanted metadata before uploading a file.
Do not upload confidential material, copyrighted material you do not have permission to use, or personal information about another person without appropriate authorization.
Contact Forms
When you submit a contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, subject, and message.
Contact-form messages are delivered to RadioDJ Dude by email and are not intentionally maintained as separate form entries in the WordPress database. Copies may remain in email accounts, temporary mail-system records, or backups.
Members-Only Downloads
RadioDJ Dude may record information about members-only downloads, including:
- The member account associated with the download
- The file downloaded
- Date and time
- Membership and access status
- IP address or basic technical information, when available
Download records may be used to verify membership access, troubleshoot delivery problems, prevent account sharing or unauthorized distribution, enforce license terms, investigate abuse, and improve the resources offered to members.
Download records are not used for behavioral advertising.
Technical and Security Information
When you use the website, the website, hosting provider, WordPress, wpForo, security tools, and related systems may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device type
- Operating system
- Referring page
- Requested pages or files
- Date and time
- Login attempts
- Error and security logs
- Cookie and session identifiers
This information is used to operate the website, maintain login sessions, detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, troubleshoot problems, and protect the website and its members.

- Provide access to the member community and downloads
- Display member-selected profile information

4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction requires a legal basis, we process information as appropriate based on:
- Contract: Processing needed to provide your membership, community access, downloads, and requested services
- Legitimate interests: Operating and securing the community, preventing abuse, providing support, maintaining records, and improving the service
- Legal obligations: Maintaining accounting, transaction, tax, and legally required records
- Consent: Processing that you voluntarily authorize and may withdraw, where consent is required
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on another lawful ground.
5. Emails and Notifications
RadioDJ Dude does not currently send general marketing email campaigns.
We may send service-related and transactional messages, including:
- Account verification messages
- Password-reset messages
- Payment receipts
- Renewal and cancellation notices
- Failed-payment notices
- Membership expiration notices
- Security notices
- Replies, mentions, subscriptions, and forum notifications
- Private-message notifications
- Important changes affecting your membership or the service
You may be able to manage optional forum subscriptions and notifications through your account settings. Essential membership, billing, security, and legal notices may still be sent when necessary.
6. Cookies
RadioDJ Dude, WordPress, Paid Memberships Pro, wpForo, Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA, YouTube, and related systems may use cookies or similar technologies.
Cookies may be used to:
- Keep you logged in
- Maintain secure sessions
- Remember account or forum preferences
- Track which forum topics or posts you have viewed
- Process membership checkout
- Prevent fraud and automated abuse
- Deliver embedded content
- Maintain website security
Disabling cookies may prevent login, checkout, forum, or membership features from working correctly.
RadioDJ Dude does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral advertising.
7. Google reCAPTCHA
RadioDJ Dude uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms, registration, login, and community features from spam, bots, and automated abuse.
Google may receive technical and interaction information, including IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and user interactions, to determine whether activity is legitimate.
Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s applicable privacy policy and terms.
8. YouTube Embeds
RadioDJ Dude may embed videos from YouTube.
When a page containing an embedded video loads or when you interact with the video, YouTube or Google may receive information such as your IP address, device and browser information, cookies, and viewing activity. This may occur particularly when you are signed in to a Google account.
Embedded YouTube content is governed by Google and YouTube’s privacy practices.
9. Search Console
RadioDJ Dude uses Google Search Console to understand how the website appears and performs in Google Search.
Search Console generally provides site-performance and search-result information to the website operator. RadioDJ Dude does not currently use Google Analytics for general member or visitor tracking.
10. Hosting and Service Providers
RadioDJ Dude is hosted by Hostinger.
Hostinger may process or store information transmitted through the website, including account information, forum content, uploads, IP addresses, databases, server logs, email traffic, and backups, as needed to provide hosting, infrastructure, security, and backup services.
We may also disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate the website, including:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Hostinger for website hosting and infrastructure
- Google for reCAPTCHA, YouTube embeds, and Search Console
- Email and mail-delivery providers
- WordPress plugin and technical-service providers when required for support, maintenance, or security
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
11. No Sale of Personal Information
RadioDJ Dude does not sell or rent personal information.
RadioDJ Dude does not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information to operational service providers as necessary to run the website, process payments, provide memberships, prevent abuse, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. These operational disclosures are not sales of personal information.
12. When Information May Be Disclosed
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Operate the website and membership service
- Process payments
- Obtain hosting, security, technical, or support services
- Investigate fraud, abuse, threats, spam, account sharing, or unauthorized distribution

13. International Processing
RadioDJ Dude operates from the United States.
Information submitted by members outside the United States may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers maintain systems.
Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your country.
14. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating memberships, maintaining community discussions, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Typical retention practices include:
- Active account and profile information: while the account remains active
- Canceled-account information: until it is no longer reasonably needed, after which it may be deleted or de-identified
- Forum posts and replies: may remain indefinitely to preserve discussion continuity
- Payment, billing, and transaction records: generally up to seven years, or longer when legally required
- Security and server logs: generally 30 to 90 days unless needed to investigate abuse, fraud, or a security incident
- Contact emails: as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, or resolve a dispute
- Backups: temporarily retained according to applicable backup cycles
Retention periods may vary depending on legal requirements, technical limitations, disputes, security investigations, and the nature of the information.
15. Account Deletion and Forum Content
Members may initiate account deletion through their profile.
You may also contact privacy@radiodjdude.com if you need assistance.
Deleting an account does not necessarily remove every forum contribution. When an account is deleted:
- Profile information may be removed or de-identified
- Forum topics, posts, and replies may remain under an anonymous or “Deleted Member” label
- Content may be retained to preserve the continuity and meaning of discussions
- Transaction and legal records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary
- Information may remain temporarily in backups
- Content copied, quoted, downloaded, or saved by other members may remain outside our control
You may contact us if a retained post contains personal information that you believe should be removed. Requests will be evaluated based on applicable law, the rights of others, community continuity, and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
16. Access and Correction
Members may review and update available account and profile information through their profile or account settings.
You may contact privacy@radiodjdude.com to request access to or correction of personal information that cannot be managed through your account.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
17. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- Request access
- Request correction
- Request deletion
- Request restriction of processing
- Object to certain processing
- Request a portable copy of certain information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy authority
These rights are subject to legal limitations and exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete transactions, comply with law, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, protect the community, or establish or defend legal claims.

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law.
RadioDJ Dude does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Whether specific California privacy statutes apply to RadioDJ Dude may depend on legal thresholds and the nature and scale of the business. Regardless, California residents may contact privacy@radiodjdude.com to request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal information.
RadioDJ Dude will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
19. Security
RadioDJ Dude uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information.
However, no website, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting your login information.
Notify us promptly at privacy@radiodjdude.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
20. Age Requirement
RadioDJ Dude is intended only for adults age 18 and older.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account, we may terminate the account and delete or de-identify the associated information.
A parent, guardian, or other person who believes a minor has provided information may contact privacy@radiodjdude.com.
21. Third-Party Links
The website and community may contain links to third-party websites or services.
RadioDJ Dude is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third parties. Review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information to them.
22. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the website, membership services, technology, service providers, or legal requirements.
The revised policy will be posted with an updated effective date. When changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, member account, or email.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy where permitted by law.
