These Membership Terms of Use govern access to and use of the RadioDJ Dude website, paid membership, member community, forums, downloads, software, prompts, templates, guides, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing members-only content, or checking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to these Terms and the RadioDJ Dude Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not register, purchase a membership, or use the members-only services.

1. Operator

RadioDJ Dude is operated from California, United States.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register or purchase a membership.

By registering or purchasing a membership, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Membership Eligibility and Accounts

Membership is issued to an individual account holder.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration and payment information
  • Keep your email address and account information current
  • Maintain a secure password
  • Protect your account credentials
  • Notify RadioDJ Dude of suspected unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account

You may use an appropriate display name, username, or radio name in the community.

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials
  • Allow another person or organization to use your membership
  • Create an account using false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person, station, company, or organization
  • Transfer or sell your membership
  • Circumvent membership restrictions or access controls

4. Membership Access

An active paid membership provides access to the features and resources associated with the membership level purchased.

Features, downloads, forum sections, software, prompts, and benefits may vary by membership level and may change over time.

Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, membership does not guarantee:

  • A minimum number of downloads
  • Continuous access to every resource ever offered
  • Individual consulting or technical support
  • Compatibility with every computer, radio automation system, plugin, service, or workflow
  • Specific business, audience, revenue, or performance results

5. Fees and Payment

Membership fees, billing frequency, and applicable renewal terms are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

You authorize RadioDJ Dude and Stripe to charge the payment method provided for the membership and billing cycle selected.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing valid payment information
  • Keeping your payment method current
  • Paying applicable membership charges
  • Paying taxes or fees required in connection with your purchase

RadioDJ Dude may suspend access following a failed, reversed, disputed, or overdue payment.

6. Automatic Renewal

When a membership is offered as an automatically renewing subscription, it will continue and the payment method on file will be charged at the disclosed billing interval unless you cancel before the next renewal charge.

Before completing checkout, you will be shown applicable information such as:

  • The price
  • Billing frequency
  • Whether the membership renews automatically
  • How to cancel
  • Material restrictions or conditions

By completing checkout and accepting these Terms, you authorize recurring charges according to the offer shown at checkout.

Any legally required renewal or price-change notices will be provided using the contact information associated with your account.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing membership through the membership account area or another online cancellation method made available on the website.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid membership period.

You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal charge.

Deleting a profile or ceasing to use the website may not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription unless the cancellation process confirms that recurring billing has been stopped. You should verify your membership status after canceling.

8. Refund Policy

All RadioDJ Dude membership payments are final and nonrefundable. This includes:

  • Initial membership charges
  • Recurring subscription payments
  • Renewal charges
  • Unused membership time
  • Failure to use available membership benefits
  • Cancellation after a payment has been processed

Canceling a membership stops future renewals but does not create a refund or credit for amounts already paid.

Members will generally retain access through the end of the paid membership period unless access is terminated because of fraud, account sharing, unauthorized distribution, abuse, chargeback activity, or another violation of these Terms.

RadioDJ Dude may issue a refund or credit at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Personal-Use License

RadioDJ Dude grants each active member a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use members-only materials solely for the member’s own personal use and operation of the member’s own radio station.

Members-only materials may include:

  • Software
  • Prompts
  • Templates
  • Guides
  • Documents
  • Audio
  • Videos
  • Code snippets
  • Workflows
  • Training materials
  • Downloadable files
  • Community resources
  • Other proprietary content

This license does not transfer ownership of any material or intellectual property.

10. Prohibited Use and Distribution

Without prior written approval from RadioDJ Dude, you may not:

  • Sell or resell members-only materials
  • Redistribute or publicly post the materials
  • Upload them to another website, repository, forum, group, file-sharing service, or AI training collection
  • Share them with nonmembers
  • Give copies to clients or other radio stations
  • Sublicense or transfer them
  • Include them in a product or membership you sell
  • Use them to provide paid client services
  • Create commercial packages or deliverables based on them
  • Remove copyright, attribution, licensing, or ownership notices
  • Share your account to give another person access
  • Circumvent download, membership, or licensing controls

You may use approved resources in operating your own station, but you may not distribute the original material or use it to provide products or services to unrelated paying clients without prior written permission.

Permission must be obtained directly from RadioDJ Dude and may be subject to separate licensing terms or fees.

11. Download Monitoring and Enforcement

RadioDJ Dude may record members-only downloads and related account or technical information to:

  • Confirm membership access
  • Troubleshoot delivery problems
  • Detect account sharing
  • Investigate unusual download activity
  • Prevent unauthorized distribution
  • Enforce license restrictions

RadioDJ Dude may limit, suspend, or terminate download privileges or membership when activity reasonably indicates misuse.

12. Ownership

RadioDJ Dude and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website and members-only materials, including copyrights, trademarks, branding, software, designs, text, audio, video, prompts, templates, workflows, and other intellectual property.

No ownership rights are transferred through membership.

“RadioDJ Dude” and related branding may not be used to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation without written permission.

13. Member Content

You retain ownership of original content you post in the community.

By posting or uploading content, you grant RadioDJ Dude a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content within the membership community as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

You represent that:

  • You created the content or have permission to use it
  • Posting it does not violate copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other rights
  • It does not contain unlawful or malicious material
  • You have permission to disclose any third-party personal information included in it

You are responsible for your posts, uploads, links, and messages.

14. Forum Posts After Account Deletion

Deleting an account does not guarantee deletion of every forum post or reply.

RadioDJ Dude may retain forum contributions under an anonymous or “Deleted Member” label to preserve discussion continuity, the contributions of other members, moderation records, and community history.

You may request review of a specific retained post that contains personal information by contacting privacy@radiodjdude.com.

15. Community Conduct

You must comply with the RadioDJ Dude Community Rules.

Prohibited activity includes:

  • Harassment, threats, discrimination, or targeted abuse
  • Spam or repetitive posting
  • Advertising, affiliate links, or unsolicited promotion
  • Promotional private messages
  • Fraud or impersonation
  • Sharing confidential or private information without permission
  • Malware, malicious files, phishing, or security attacks
  • Copyright infringement
  • Account sharing
  • Unauthorized distribution of members-only material
  • Attempts to evade moderation or access controls
  • Illegal activity

RadioDJ Dude may remove content and limit, suspend, or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms or the Community Rules have been violated.

16. Private Messages

Private messages are intended for communication between participating members.

They are not routinely monitored. RadioDJ Dude may review private messages when:

  • A participant reports them
  • Potential abuse, threats, fraud, spam, harassment, or security risks are detected
  • Review is reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms
  • Review is required to protect members or comply with law

Do not use private messages for advertising, affiliate promotion, unsolicited sales, or distributing members-only materials.

17. Moderation

RadioDJ Dude may, but is not obligated to:

  • Review reported content
  • Remove, edit, relocate, lock, or restrict content
  • Issue warnings
  • Temporarily suspend accounts
  • Permanently terminate memberships
  • Preserve evidence of violations
  • Cooperate with lawful investigations

Moderation decisions may consider context, history, severity, risk to members, and the needs of the community.

RadioDJ Dude is not required to publish the details of moderation investigations or actions.

18. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your membership according to the cancellation provisions above.

RadioDJ Dude may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Violation of these Terms or Community Rules
  • Account sharing
  • Unauthorized redistribution or resale
  • Fraud or payment disputes
  • Threats, harassment, or abusive conduct
  • Security risks
  • Illegal activity
  • Conduct that materially harms RadioDJ Dude or its members

Except where required by law or expressly approved by RadioDJ Dude, termination for a violation does not entitle the member to a refund.

Sections concerning payments, refunds, ownership, licensing restrictions, member content, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination.

19. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Stripe, Hostinger, Google, YouTube, WordPress, wpForo, and plugin providers.

RadioDJ Dude does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, or actions.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.

20. Software and Technical Resources

Software, code, plugins, configuration examples, prompts, and technical instructions are provided for educational and personal-use purposes.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing instructions before implementation
  • Maintaining backups
  • Testing changes in an appropriate environment
  • Protecting passwords and API keys
  • Confirming software and service compatibility
  • Complying with third-party licenses and terms
  • Obtaining professional assistance when necessary

RadioDJ Dude is not responsible for lost data, downtime, compatibility problems, configuration errors, third-party service changes, or damage caused by improper implementation.

21. No Guaranteed Results

RadioDJ Dude does not guarantee that membership, software, prompts, training, or community participation will produce any particular business, audience, technical, financial, or professional result.

Examples, testimonials, and demonstrations are illustrative and are not guarantees.

22. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, membership, community, downloads, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

RadioDJ Dude disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and compatibility, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadioDJ Dude will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost broadcasts, business interruption, or reputational harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadioDJ Dude’s total liability arising from a membership or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to RadioDJ Dude during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RadioDJ Dude from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your content
  • Your misuse of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of another person’s rights
  • Your unauthorized distribution or commercial use of members-only materials

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any court proceeding permitted under these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

26. Changes to the Service or Terms

RadioDJ Dude may modify membership features, resources, pricing for future billing periods, or these Terms.

Material changes will be communicated as required by law. An updated effective date will be posted.

Changes to recurring prices or renewal terms will apply only after any notice and consent required by applicable law.

27. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its original intent.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Rules, and checkout disclosures form the agreement between you and RadioDJ Dude concerning the membership service.
